I can not connect to my iDisk. I sync manually, and tried adding the Server (*K). When I select the Server (
http://idisk.mac.com/username) - nothing happens.
Have removed / added to Finder sidebar, re-booted.
Thoughts ? Thanks - TJS

To connect to the iDisk, dont go to Go -> Connect to Server.
Go to Go -> iDisk -> My iDisk and then enter your username and password.

Ferdinand:
Did that, and although the folders, etc show up in finder, when selecting any of them it states; "The Software folder is only available when your idisk is online." "To access this folder you will need to connect your computer to the Internet." - which I am 'online'.
So, my issue is still that the iDisk is still not coneected, thus unable to access. At the bottom of the Finder window, is states that the last Sync failed.
Appreciate your thoughts.

The thing is, you always have a copy of the iDisk on your Desktop, and when you connect to the internet, the iDisk on your desktop syncs with the real one. Turn this off. So when youre not on the internet, no iDisk. When you connect to the internet and connect to your idisk, only then it comes. This preference is in:
System Preferences -> .Mac -> iDisk -> iDisk Syncing On/Off.
Turn it off. This is about in the middle of the page, you will see it.
