TICKET ARCHIVE -> ie 4.01 error -50

OS Version: MacOS 8.1

Description:
two problems actually:

1. when i click on the mail button in ie browser i get "prefernces not found... error -50" i trashed my internet config prefernces, but still get the error...??

2. in preferences i set the font to "largest" and "large," but the change does take affect and when i return to prefernces "medium" continues to be selected...?

any insight? thanks!

Have you tried deleting the MSIE preferences file?
