Hi Dave!

The error message refers to your Windows registry, which is the extremely complicated way that Windows keeps track of your installed software. What I would recommend is re-installing your web browser, and that should take care of it. BEFORE YOU DO THIS, THOUGH, MAKE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR EMAIL AND/OR BOOKMARKS ("favorites" if you use Internet Explorer) OR YOU COULD OVERWRITE THOSE FILES. The capital letters were not to be alarmist, just to call your attention to the backup.

If you need more specific help, tell me what kind of web browser you are using (Netscape, Internet Explorer). Also, if you get this error message again, write down the various numbers that you see in the dialog box (the ones that don't make any sense). Email them to me and I'll see what I can figure out for you.

Good luck :->,

Brett
