when downverting the Illustrator file into lower version for other colleagues to use, the text blocks will be breaking into separate paragraphs (such as the phrase "I like to use macintosh" may change to "I l", "ike m", "acintosh" etc). Please advise way(s) to fix, thanks.

Is your text in a "text box" or just a type tool selected point? What version of Illustrator are you saving from? What legacy version are you saving to? Any CS or advanced text effects in the original file?
