TICKET ARCHIVE -> Imac G5- Dvd Won't Eject

Seems I put a dud dvd into the superdrive and does not recognise it on the desktop. Switching iMac on and off doesnt seem to help. Only result is that itseems to no longer recognise the superdrive

How to get at drive and cause it to eject dud dvd; if involves opening up the back can you please explain how to do this also

I have now looked at manual!!! one needs to turn computer back on and at same time hold down mouse. This causes the dud dvd to eject.
