Hi Tay,
First Set your movie's properties.Open your movie in Quicktime then...
Choose Window > Show Movie Properties.
Select Movie and click Presentation.
Select desired options. (automatically play and enter fullscreen mode)
Save the movie
Go to System Preferences>Accounts>Your Login Account>Login items>click on plus (+) and choose the movie file you saved. Planning on playing a prank? ; )

Hi Peter,
Appreciate your help and tried to set but could not set .mov file to play loop and full screen at startup.
For I could not find the windows - properties to set it as a presentation and full screen setting.

To supply more info about the mac that we are using:
Mac OS X
Version 10.2.2
I can not find the quiktime player - choose windows - show movie properties.

What version of QuickTime are you using?

the quicktime use is version 6.1 player version 6.1.
mac is os x version 10.2.2

Oops.. this trick only works with the Pro version of Quicktime. Sorry.
