Description:
I'm interested in upgrading my Mac to the new iMac that comes out in August. My main question is about this USB thing. I have an external Zip, and a Stylewriter 2500 printer. Will I need some sort of adapter???

Also, I see there is no floppy drive. I work with Macs at work so I can easily transfer existing floppy data to Zip. Is there something I'm missing regarding that???

Thanks alot for your time.

Thanks for stopping by NoWonder!

Who needs a floppy!??? There will not be a floppy drive with the iMac. You can transfer data via the network or the Zip. Iomega has already announced a USB Zip. Other companies are coming out with USB to ADB and SCSI adaptor. So you will be able to use your current hardware with the new machine.

Also, there are a couple of iMac specific sites out there already. Check with them and they will have more information regarding the new hubs, hardware, and adaptors.
