Ok here's the thing.

I'm using a Powerbook G4 and just upgraded to a Leopard + iLife'08. The problem now is the current iMovie version is NOT compatible with the PowerPC as stated in the requirements.

I use iMovie when transferring recorded stuffs from my handycam and editing them, now that I don't have iMovie what options do I have? Is there an older version of iMovie that I can download/use?

Please. need advice. need help.

Hello Rizwan

Yes the old (iLife 06) iMovie is available as a free download to 08 users, this is unusual for Apple but was prompted by the fact that 08 behaves much different to 06 and some users were not happy... (very unhappy actually)

Anyway that is not important - what matters is that you can get iMovie 06 here http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/imovieHD6.html

Hope that helps
