Description:
When I receive e-mail in the form of text file folders or image/jepg folders, how do I open them? I have tried the help instructions but haven't been successful. I get the message to "choose and application to open". What do I choose, how do I choose, etc.

Hi Kent and welcome to No Wonder!
What program are you using to check your mail?
You will have to choose which application you want to open the file with depending on the type of file it is. For a text file, pick your word processing application, for image files use a program like GraphicConverter - available here: http://www.lemkesoft.de
