Hi! Rnaapp is basically the Windows application which manages your Internet connection. It is particularly nasty when it misbehaves and as you've experienced, it can do some pretty strange things when it crashes. Most random crashes are hard to diagnose because they can be caused by anything from a memory leak to the motherboard overheating (but not usually), so try to see a pattern when it does crash (i.e.: which apps are open, which sites have you visited recently, how long has the computer been on, etc.).

Hope this helps! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
