i can not in stall m.s. money after i downloaded it. iget this message, you must run m.s.ie 3.02,which i do,&you must install active movie&html layout components. i went to m.s. & down loaded html,i'm not sure about active x.i cannot find what i'm running,or why i can't istall this program??
what i'm i doing wrong?
