If you are installing Windows by way of Boot Camp - only XP and Vista are supported, and only in 32-bit versions. Installation of Windows Server 2003 is not supported.
You _can_ install Windows Server 2003 as a guest OS, which is supported by Parallels Desktop.

I've heard in some forums that via Boot Camp Windows 2003 is also supported. Parallel is fine but that will not serve the purpose.

Are you referring to Windows _Server_ 2003? One of those forums that talks about Windows Server 2003 may have some links to help with that. Boot Camp does not support it directly.
You stated the Parallels Desktop will not serve the purpose. If you have not tried it already, you may be making an inaccurate conclusion. Better to try it for yourself, unless you have found a support page that specifically states that you can't do that.

Then Parallels may work very well for you. Win Server 2003 is supported as a guest OS - among many others. Just give Parallels (and that guest OS) as much RAM as you can. If your system specs are as you listed, you can upgrade to 4GB.
