Hi welcome to Nowonder

In the back of your computer if you have a modem is a telephone plug in. If you have that you should have an internal modem.

You need to have all the necessary extensions and control panels installed to operate the modem. Do you have this?

What system are you running? Please let me know. best regards sharona@nowonder
