Description:
I have a big list of bookmarks I get with a desktop icon called BOOKMARKS HTML.
They are not the regular Netscape Communicator book marks. They are just
a long type written list -- I am not sure how they got there but they are my own bookmarks.
PROBLEM- when I click most all of them I get a Directory Listing of
MacHD 3GB-- a directory of the desktop.---- I've clicked every key--
tried every menu and still can't get the page for the item I click on
Been trying for about 4 or 5 weeks with no results.
Thanks verry much.

You have found the file Netscape uses to keep track of your bookmarks. To access these log onto the internet by launching Netscape. Next, you will notice a menu at the top of the screen labeled "bookmarks". In this menu you will be able to choose a page and go to it. You can add to this list by finding a page you wish to add then selecting bookmark this page from the bookmarks menu. I hope this helps, if not feel free to email me :-) ... and remember the only dumb question is one you did not ask;-)
