It depends on the radio you are wanting to listen, most channels work in itunes just fine. Just drag the link to the channels cast (The link you press to get the channel playing) hold the button and drag and drop it on itunes library.

Thank you
I have tried to do this. When I click on the link the browser (firefox) asks me for the windows media player plugins. I cannot either save the link and paste it. It won"'t work. In the end I have had to download windows mediaplayer for mac.
still, I d like to use itunes.

Hi,
have you tried dragging and dropping the link to the itunes library? (Hold the mouse button when doing this)
But if the radio channel is using .wma or someother windows media player format then it is possible it does not work in itunes. You can try from windows media player to see if some of the menus have the possibility to copy the url of the channel or to drag and drop the channel from windows M player to Itunes.

Hi Tomi
thks for the info. In fact I must say I am a bit disappointed by itunes unless I just don't know how to use it properly. This the first Mac i ever bought and i am beginning to think that windows and all the plulgins and the easyness of so much stuff on the web with windows is easier to use than mac...anyway it may be that i don't know how to use mac.
thks again

HI,
It is unfortunate that in the web there is many things that dont work so easily on mac, this is much to do with the web designers who do not count the few procent of people who are using mac, or linux and they only design things to work with windows and IE.
Abd also if you have just moved to mac there is something that are different than in windows and you will have just to get used to them, thats all. I would not say that they are more difficult, I infact found that they are much more easier and intuitive, but then, that is just me.
You can find a lot of free plugins for mac that will make your life easier, and can change the way your mac works, even that it works like your windows machine.

For browsers check firefox, or Shiira, they have lot of plugins you can add, etc. Also you can find a lot of plugins for safari, which will make it work better, you can even get it to pretend it is IE6 working in windows; or so that is that the websites will see anyway.
For system management there is nice programs like quicksilver (free) and onyx (free)
You can find these and lot of other programs and plugins from these websites:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/
http://www.opensourcemac.org/
http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx/
http://pimpmysafari.com/
http://quicksilver.blacktree.com/

Nd there is lot of other sites and mac os x includes lot of nice stuff which will make your computing experience better.

Hope youll find this useful
