when i try to listen to radio over the internet it sounds distorted. is there anything i could do?

Listening to radio of the net is tricky. It will not be radio quality unless you have a very fast internet connect (ISDN, T-#, cable modem). It also has to do with net congestion...how many people are listening to the same thing as you are.
