1) You need to find an ftp server to load on your computer. WIndows98 doesn't have one. Two good ones that I have used are FTPservU and WarFtp. You can find either one or some other ones at most of the software sites. 2) you need to load and configure the software you choose. 3)Stay connected to the Net so others can get to your server. You may want to get a static IP address from your ISP so it has the same address all the time.
