TICKET ARCHIVE -> Iphoto And External Drive

Hello
I am running Tiger and iLife 5. If I have a disk full of pictures or an external drive with pictures. How would I use iPhoto to view/edit the pictures without having to dowload them onto my computers HD.

Craig,
You will not be able to open those images without importing them to the iPhoto library.
But you can download Graphic Converter. You will be able to edit the images, and keep them on the external drive.
You can get it from here:
http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/263
Keep in mind that any images on a CD/DVD will need to be imported to your hard drive in order to edit them and save them.
