TICKET ARCHIVE -> Iphoto Slideshow - Selecting Music

I cannot open the directory list when I try to change the music selection in iPhoto. Previously I was able to open the directory and select the song of my choice. Now it only shows the Sample List and Library (you cannot see any songs in either directory) as choices and will only play the first song in the folders.
The only thing that I have done is add songs to my library. The songs are still in my iTunes Directory. They have not been deleted or moved. Is there a setting that somehow got changed?
I have just switched to the Mac Mini and have previously worked pc support. Thanks. Pat

Working further, we set up a new playlist, put 4 or 5 songs in the playlist, and selected the directory for the slideshow. It plays all of the songs instead of just one. So we worked around our problem, but we still cannot select just one song from any directory. Thanks.

What version of iPhoto?, Pat.

I wish I could help. I just tried the same in the same version and it works fine on my end. I'm using Tiger, though; not sure if that's making the experience different. I would suggest repairing permissions or reinstalling iPhoto. Otherwise, I have no ideas.

Thanks, anyway. I am planning to update to Tiger as soon as I get the DVD. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
