You can't - the iPod does not play WMA files - you would need to convert them to an alternative format (MP3, AAC etc.) first.

I've read online that the Windows version of iTunes will not play WMA files but it will convert them. Failing that, there are various tools you can download that will convert them to MP3 or AAC.

I do have Windows iTunes, but I don't have any WMA files so I can't test it.

If you get no luck with iTunes, try Super Audio Converter (http://www.audioconverter.net) or Google for others.
