Hello,
After I had read some customers' reviews on Macscan, which were discouraging, I researched about other spyware removal softwares.
The only one I have fond is PithHelmet. Unfortunately it is not user friendly.
Could you please recommend a few good spyware removers that are easier to manage? By the way, is there any freeware?
Thank you,
The bad news is - much of that software that is advertised to remove spyware - doesn't work very good. - or maybe that's the good news, as the Mac and OS X really isn't bothered by viruses or spyware. Believe it, it's really unlikely that you will encounter any threats to your Mac and OS X.
If you do want that additional assurance, then there's ClamXAV, which is free virus scanning software. Does nothing about spyware, AFAIK.

You can use Little Snitch to find out if there's anything on your Mac that attempts to send data out without your knowledge.
