DESCRIPTION:

What are your opinions about the best ISP's?
I don't have a credit card so it either has to be billed or one of the phone company's that can be billed to your phone bill.
I currently have GTE.NET but they are changing their billing to charge you $1.00 per hour over 100 hours and I am pretty sure my time is going to go up once I get into ICQ in my business.
I also am building a simple Web page for my business.
Any opinion of Netzero which is free?
Something called CNP are similar charges 14.95 for unlimited
usage and they bill you.
I suppose AT&T is good but I cannot figure out if they will bill your phone bill.

Bruce,

Thank you for submitting your question to No Wonder!

Many Internet Service Providers are regional. Depending on where you live, some services may not be available. I made my selection, Bell Atlantic.net, simply because the charge ($19.95/unlimited) is billed directly to my telephone bill.

Here is a resource you might want to look at - http://www.thelist.com - it is designed to help you find a new ISP.

Thank you for using No Wonder!

Have a GREAT day,
