TICKET ARCHIVE -> Isync 2.0 Cannot Find Ipod

I've installed Tiger and with it iSync 2.0 but when I try and add my iPod as a device, iSync fails to find it.

Install iTunes 4.8. Use it to sync contacts and calendars with your iPod; no longer use iSync for this purpose.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried to use iTunes for this purpose but it doesn't seem to sync my contacts nor calendar information correctly for some reason; it misses entries even though I have "synchronize ALL ..." checked for BOTH contacts AND calendar entries.

Have you tried erasing all your contacts and calendars from your iPod and resyncing?
