Can i sync my mail with another so that we can both receive the same mail?

I hope I am understanding you correctly... You are wanting to have your e-mail come to two places so you have a copy of it coming to another computer, correct?
If so, the answer would depend on which mail service you are using. If you are using a mail account that supports IMAP, then this would be the closest to having mail synced between 2 computers. The way IMAP works is it leaves all your mail on the server and downloads it "on demand" to your computer. It's almost like a web-based service, except you use a local program (ie. mail.app) to access the mail.
Hope this helps! Have a great day!

Yes i have IMAP but my mail service provider has a 20meg limit on their server and our mail gets to that very quickly. I have to have the remove from server box ticked to remove right away otherwise i have all sorts of issues sending /receiving if it gets to that limit. Is there another way? That is why i thought that iSync may do it somehow. I don't want to pay extra for server space as that will mean that i will just go back to my old provider.
I have one more questions related to mac mail...When i hit send i don't get an outbox and the mail doesn't send. When i quit out of mail and open it again ..it sends. Could this be related to any of my settings?

From what I have seen, I don't think there is any way to sync the mail from computer to computer using iSync. You could subscribe to .mac for $99 a year and do that... it has 10 gigs of space, but that means a change of address... You could also use Gmail a free service from Google that offers IMAP support and has 6+ gigs of space for users. It also would require a change of address, or you could get a gmail address, and forward all your other mail to that address and still send from your service provider. This may prove to be a better solution in the long run... 6 gigs is a ton of space for e-mail.
As for your other question, I'm not sure why it wouldn't send the first time, but would the second. To me it sounds like it could be a problem on your server's end, but I can't say for sure.
Anything else, just ask! :-)
Have a great day!

Thank you and The mail should just send and not have to be prompted by closing and opening an application should it? I just assumed that it was mac mail causing that problem as that is what i am composing and hitting send through on?

Before you go blaming your ISP, double check your mail settings and make sure something isn't checked that should be and vice versa. I hope you get it worked out. Your mail should send immediately when pressing send and not have to quit and reopen. I hope you get it fixed!
Take care! Let me know if you have more questions.
