I just installed tiger, and every time i try to launch isync, it crashes. the top part of the problem report reads:

How far does it get launching? Does it offer to report the crash to Apple, or not? Did you do an upgrade, an archive-and-install, or a fresh install, and if it was either of the first two, what devices do you have set up in iSync that it could be having issues with?
Also, a little more of the crash report might be useful; sometimes it's nice to see what the threads are doing when they die. If you have a web site to put it up on, you could put a URL to it here so as to spare the people who don't want to wade through five pages of arcane gobbledy-gook. Otherwise, put it up here anyway, since I seem to be the only one to have taken an interest in this so far.

Adam,
iSync launches, the brushed metal panel comes up, as does the file menu etc. (but these are not accessible), and it immediately crashes. The crash report window comes up and lets me send a report to Apple.
I have a Powerbook G4 1.5 GHz w/ 1GB Ram. I did an upgrade with Tiger, not archive and install. Before the upgrade, iSync worked fine with my Sony Ericsson via bluetooth. I have installed the Tiger update that came out a couple of days ago, and still have the same problem. I also rebooted in single user mode did fsck, and the disk seems fine.

*snicker* Sorry, that's too funny. If you knew Objective C, you'd know exactly what they're doing here... they're retaining an already-released object. It's the equivalent of using a pointer in C that's already been freed. Not a good idea.
Have you tried removing all of the preference files that have to do with iSync? The ones I can see are
/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.apple.isync.plist
/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.apple.isync.registry.plist
You'll have to reconfigure the sync with your phone from scratch. I would try this, and if it doesn't help (still crashes) let me know.
