When I loaded Tiger and went to isync for the first time the new software was offered for the P900. I beamed and installed this. Now why I try to iSync I get a meesage on the P900 saying ""program closed reason code USER Reason 11"
I tried a re-install. Same thing. Any ideas?

If none of that solution works, deleete the bluetooth pairing on your phone and the little problem iSync installed. Create another account in Mac OS and try setting up the phone in the new account.

Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the enquiry. I am not that technically minded so have not taken on the rather detailed fix. I have tried the simpler new bluetooth identity one, and that has not worked.
Is there no other way?

Hi Graham,
By new bluetooth identity, did you mean you created a new user account on your Mac and tried to sync with P900 in that account? You need to remove the little program iSync installed on your P900 first, too.
If that doesn't work for you, then I think you need to try the more complicated fix. Perhaps you can get a more computer-savvy friend to do it for you?

Hi again Charlie.
It is obviously my personality that is the problem!
I entered a new identity into my Mac, deleted on the P900 and tried again. Away we went - and way faster than previously too. Then went back to my own identity and all is sweet. Thanks very much for help. It may seem like a little thing but it was really frustrating me.
