Ever since the upgrade to 7.3, my iTunes will not open. I can click the icon in the dock, the icon will bounce three or four times and then stop. I've been assuming that perhaps this was a bug, but now I've installed versions 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 and the application still will not open.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? I'd love to have my music back.

Have you tried deleting the application along with the other files associated with it before you did the reinstall? Use AppZapper
http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/20306/appzapper
or a similar application to make application deletion easier.
Good Luck!

I tried using AppZapper to uninstall. The uninstalling process went smoothly, as did reinstalling iTunes. Still, when I click on my iTunes application, the icon bounces once or twice in the dock and then doesn't open.

Hi! I'm still guessing here since there are a lot of variables in your issue I do not Know about. Anyway as a process of elimination, try creatinfg a new user admin account and install iTunes there. If it works your issue is just in your user account. Let us take it from there. by the way iTunes 7.3.2 is now out, maybe this would work for you.

bests,
peter
