I just upgraded to OSX tiger so I could activate my iPhone (disk came from Apple via FEDEX today). I had already gotten itunes 7.3 before my upgrade. I tried to activate the iphone. iTunes will not open. I get the error message stating that itunes requires Mac OSX 10.4.7 or later and to contact you. When I go to About this Mac it says that I havae 10.4.6.
I appreciate your help,
Sarah

Yes, iTunes 7.3 requires 10.3.9 or later, or 10.4.7 or later.
Go to Software Update, and let the system update. It will take you to 10.4.10, which you need anyway, for use with the iPhone. There will be other updates in addition to the 10.4.10 system update.
The Tiger installer is 10.4.6, which is the latest commercial installer version.
