Hello,
When ever I have a document with text and images, adding a new page before existing content pushes the text down, but not the graphics. This is a real pain. How can I get Pages to move the text AND graphics down together at the same time in a document? Or did someone at Apple build this program and overlook this basic functionality?

By the way, I wanted to add one note, setting the graphic elements to "inline" also destroys the layout. Either way, inline or floating, my layout gets destroyed. What I need to do is very simple (or is it?) : I want to Add 2 pages to the beginning of a very long document. I have everything exactly where I want it on the document. It's perfect. It took forever to make. Now I just want to add 2 blank pages at the beginning of it. That's all. I do not want to re-arrange anything, re-edit, re-position, or RE anything to it. I want the contents to stay exactly like they are now. Absolutely no changes to the contents, none, at all, zero, nothing. I just want 2 blank pages at the beginning of the document. Suggestions? Thanks!

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are wanting, but it sounds like you want 2 blank sheets at the beginning of your document, is that correct?
If so, then why add those to the document? When you print, just add 2 pages to your final document. What I mean is - 2 blank sheets on the top of your pile.

I know, not really an answer for you. It depends on if you are using word processing mode, or page layout mode. In page layout, you just add a blank page, and move it to the top. In word processing mode, no simple way that I can see - so that's why I went with the 'add 2 sheets to the pile' answer.
