Dear Tech-Support Staff,
I've been using Limewire as a peer 2 peer sharing network for about 8 months now and have not had a single problem. Then about 3 days ago, for some reason the program would not load up. I would click the logo and the icon would bounce and then nothing would load.
I would like to uninstall it, but i don't know where the uninstall application is. Also, this is my first mac and the first time I've had the desire to uninstall anything. So yeah, how do I uninstall it?
So, with the absence of Limewire I decided to try out Acquisition, and when I installed it and tried to run it, the program started up and after about 10 seconds told me I have a Java runtime error that is my OS's fault and not the application's. Also said it was a serious error. dammit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Nick
right now i'm running on OSX 10.3.9 and I just installed the new Java software update for it, and things seem to be working fine now. Anyways, I switched to Acquisition, but I would still like to uninstall Limewire, how do I do that?
Thanks Allan, I appreciate all of your help! You have been a great help to me!
