Description:
I would love to be able to use a key on the right side of my keyboard (perhaps a function key - ex: F9, F10, F11 etc. - or perhaps some other key ) to duplicate the function of the TAB key (which is on the left side of my keyboard).
Any advice?
Thanks,

Hi Selwyn,
An overkill answer is to use QuickKeys. It costs money, but it will allow you to program the function keys. KeyQuencer is cheaper and doesn't offer quite as many features, but it should work too. Some people program a number of keys to enter different text. Like putting a sig at the bottom of each of you emails - with the press of a button.
A really techy thing you can do is add the resource to the finder. It's a little tricky and would involve some programming. I wouldn't know what to do though. (If you really want information on this approach, and you have a compiler, then ask me and I'll hunt down some details for you)
There were utilities that changed the mapping (to help people who broke a key), but I can't seem to find them. But I think they only worked with much earlier MacOS systems.
QuickKeys (or KeyQuencer) is my recommendation. Try KeyQuencer Lite 2.5, and if that doesn't work, then check out Instant QuickKeys. Since free or cheaper is best!
QuickKeys 3.5.3 ($90) or Instant QuickKeys ($29)
KeyQuencer 2.5 ($50) or KeyQuencer Lite 2.5 (free)
