TICKET ARCHIVE -> Keychain password

Upon booting up, my computer often asks me to give the password for the keychain System. It will not accept my administrator password. If I go to Keychain Access, I cannot get it to show the password; it will not accept the administrator password as the keychain password, and I know no other. I am sure that I never changed the keychain password, so I don't understand why this is happening. Is there any way to retrieve the keychain password, or to leave the System keychain unlocked?

Copied from what Philippe wrote on July 26:

"1)
Drag this file to your desktop and restart;
com.apple.keychainaccess.plist
it's located here;
user>library>preferences

(2) if this does not solve, you can reset the admin password.
(When you reset the administrator password from the installation disk, the new password is also applied also to your keychain)

Boot off the OS X CD by holding the C key down. After the Installer window appears, go up to the Installer Menu to Reset Password. Change your password to something you can remember, and write it down somewhere, maybe in an address book.

Hope this help
Regards
Philippe
