Hi

I am trying to load OSX Leopard onto a G3 900Mhz iBook

I can't seem to boot from the install disc however

I tried cloning the system from my Macbook but it won't boot from that either

I'm suspecting that Leopard won't work with G3 CPUs

THanks

Leopard (OS X 10.5.x) will not install on a G3 Mac, and your can't boot from the Leopard installer disk. Even if you connect to an external drive that can boot Leopard, the G3 won't run that system at all. Newest OS X for your iBook G3 will be OS X 10.4.11
