hey, not really too sure what i'm doing but the othe day tried to download Limewire programme to my computer. This was succuesful but I don't seem to have a programme on my Book to open it. when clicking on limewire i get a pop up warning saying that Quicktime does not recognise this file. What do I need to get this opened. Is Limewire the best programme for illegal downloading of files or is there a better one. Please help as I am useless when it comes to computers. Cheers Jamie

You need Stuffit Expander. You can get it free from the link below.

This will "expand" the download so you can install Limewire. I'm not exactly sure why but for whatever reason Apple stopped including Stuffit as a default application when the released Tiger. If you already have Stuffit then when you get that warning you can choose Open with from the box and navigate to Stuffit. Which should be in Applications->Utilities.

Limewire is as good as any for you to steal with. Be aware thought that what you think is one thing might be something else entirely. Be careful what you're doing out there with any of these file sharing applications. There's no honor among thieves.
