Description:
My 2 year old rearranges and renames my files and folders at random. I know how to lock a file's name. What about it's location? What about folders?

Hi Carol and welcome to No Wonder!

You will have to buy a commercial security program to be able to fix files/folders in their locations.

OS8 has the option to lock the System Folder and the Applications folder.

If you find files in the wrong place, click on it and press Command (apple key) and Y and it will put them back to their original location.
