Can I connect a Mac mini with a 12" Powerbook to use the PB screen with it? and how?

Not with built-in functionality because the PowerBook doesn't come with standard video-in capabilities. However, you could probably use Elgato's EyeTV EZ to accomplish the task. Not sure, though, why you would want to suffer with only a 12" display for the mini.
