Is there a way to keep my movies from automatically playing when you go to my main homepage? I have two movies and they both start playing immediately and they both have sound.
Hi Tamara
This is from 'Help' on the.mac.com page;
Displaying an iMovie Project
If you're using iMovie 4.0 or later, you can use iMovie to publish an iMovie project directly to .Mac or to export a movie to iWeb for publishing on .Mac. For more information about using iMovie 4 or later, see iMovie Help, available in the Help menu when iMovie is open.
If you're using a version of iMovie earlier than 4.0, export your iMovie project as a QuickTime file and use HomePage to publish it to your .Mac website.
To create an iMovie page if you're using a version of iMovie earlier than 4.0:
Open your movie in iMovie.
Choose File > Export Movie.
Choose QuickTime from the Export To pop-up menu, choose Web Movie from the Formats pop-up menu, and click Export.
Add ".mov" to the end of your movie filename and copy it to the Movies folder on your iDisk.
Go to
www.mac.com and click HomePage on the .Mac tab.
Tip: If you're logged in, you can also click the HomePage button on the .Mac main page.
Click the iMovie tab, and choose a page.
Click Choose in the QuickTime window.
Select the movie you want to display and click Choose.
Your movie is automatically resized to fit the viewing area on the page.
Do one or more of the following to make additional changes:
To add or change page text, type new text in the available text fields or highlight the existing text you want to change.
To display a visit counter that keeps track of how many times your page is viewed, select the Show checkbox next to the counter.
To display a feedback button so that people visiting your website can send you an iCard with their feedback, click the Show checkbox next to the "Send me a message" button.
Click Preview to see how your page will appear on the web.
If you need to make more changes to the page, click Edit.
Click Publish.

You can use the Help on mac.com to get the answers, or using iMovie, open it's Help menu and search for the answers.
Spunds like you're not publishing them the right way.
