Hello, I've purchased a macbook used it came with factory restore dvd's that when i try to restore the OS It says," Cannot load software on this machine". What do this mean?

If you see that message when you boot to the installer, it's telling you that you have the wrong MacBook for those disks.
It means that you received the wrong disks.

Maybe you can go back to the seller, as they will have another MacBook that also has the wrong set of disks.

If you don't have any luck with the seller, you can contact Apple for a replacement set. They can provide those for a nominal fee.
