I would like to do a PP presentaion with my macbook. I see it has a mini DVI port that I presume I hook into. Question is, I need to get a wire; what's on the other end? Are these readily available?
Thanks
Lew

Hi Lew,

The cable you need to get is an Apple Mini DVI to DVI adapter. You can buy them at any Apple Store, on the Online Apple Store or at stores like Best Buy, Walmart etc...

This is how they look like:

From that adapter you still need a DVI cable to connect your MacBook to whatever it is you want to connect it to. Most beamers come with DVI cables, if thats what you're using.
Hope this helps,

Ferdinand
