I have a macbook pro and recently it fell from a height of about 2 feet.
The laptop works correctly booting up in both windows and mac, but the keyboard and trackpad are unresponsive. Is there anyway to fix it?

If it is under warranty, send it to apple. If it is out of warranty or you want to fix it yourself there is a ribbon cable that connects the keyboard and trackpad to the Motherboard. When you jarred the laptop it could have disconnected. Open the Macbook and make sure the connection is secure if you feel confident enough to do it yourself. Remember if you brake something its your responsibility so do it only if you feel comfortable working inside it.

It is under warranty but when I called Apple they told me that the warranty didn't cover accidental damage. So I will try that solution myself, I just need to get a T6 Torx screwdriver to get into case

Good luck and be careful. If you don't feel confident working inside contact your local apple warranty station.
