TICKET ARCHIVE -> Mail Message Window

Hi Support!

the problem in in Mail message window I can't see the details like: from, to, cc, attachments. Knowing that I was able to before. I have upgraded to Tiger 10.4.1 about 4 days ago.
The problem started suddenly not immediately after the upgrade.
I was working on Illustrator CS at that time.

I've tried all the settings in Mail preferences:
Viewing: none, default, all, custom...
and also view long headers and plain text and best alternative...

If I activate Long headers, I see many empty lines in-between lines. the same info is also missing if I choose to forward a message.

in the long headers and forward message, I see the name of the sender but not the e-mail address.

I'm sorry if my description doesn't make sense but I don't know what could be the source of problem -

Hi,

when you want to create a new message, a new window opens. Tis is wher you ussualy put the whole text. To the left of the 'to' and 'subject' etc. spaces is a small button with three lines and an arrow. Click on that button and select customize. Then you can select the fields that you need in the future!

I've sorted out the proble, if such a problem comes across your way advise the user to enable fised spaced fonts in the sytem they usually under the Classic fonts in font book - even though you are not using classic.
