how do i go about forwarding or sending a email to a whole load of select people, but not everyone in my mailing list, can u make seperate mailing lists, like to use categories in add book?

From your Mail Help:
Sending an email to several people
You can send a single message to several recipients.
To send email to more than one recipient, type the addresses, separated by commas, in the To or Cc (carbon copy) fields.
To send to a group of people, create a group address in Address Book, then use the group address in your email instead of the individual addresses. See Address Book Help for more information on creating a group.
