TICKET ARCHIVE -> Make Bootable Disk Clone With Disk Util On Tiger

..I just upgraded to tiger..
when I try to make a clone with disk util of the internal HD on my
powerbook g4 onto a lacie d2 200GB, I always get an
error, claiming the disk is busy..

any suggestion(s)?

Hi Werner

Disk Utility won't clone a drive. You can make a disk image to use for restore purposes. Open Disk Utility then open it's Help Menu and select Index. Select Disk Images and it will give you the instructions.

To clone a drive, you can use Dejavu
