I'm thinking of buying an Apple laptop, but the only way i'll get one is if Mircrosoft Money can be used on an Apple, Is Microsoft Money compatible with Apple computers?

Not directly, you will need to either set up boot camp or run VMWare Fusion with windows.
just because Macs now ship with intel processors does not mean that they are windows compatible... Just means that you can now run windows.
