I'm running Windows Vista on my laptop.
I would like to start using Apple Safari Web Browser.
I tried to run a video and got the following message:

MIME type "application/x -shockwave-flash"

What should I do?

You need to go to adobe.com and download the flash player plug in. Its a free. simple download and will fix you right up.
