Description:
First Aid 98 reported that I had a critical problem. It stated that the "File "I" (written without top and bottom horizontal lines)in the entry "I" of the Autoexec.bat file is missing." I searched my Hardrive, Windows CD and most of my program CD's but could not locate the so called missing file. My computer seems to run ok. What is this file "I" in the Autoexec.bat file? Where can I find it? What does it do? If it is so critical, why does everything run ok? Thanks for your response. Caljam

The message not states that a critical file is missing, only that autoexec has a line containing this text and First Aid 98 can't locate this file on your PC.

Probably there's only a mistake you (or some installation program) typed in your autoexec.bat. You can edit and delete this line (or commenting out by adding 'rem' berore the 'I'.

If you want, send me by e-mail your autoexec.bat to double-check this asumption.
