DESCRIPTION:

I am getting 2 errors when trying to run a couple of items in
WIN95.

> (1) When I try to run a new shareware program I downloaded, I
get a MMSYTEM281 message and the program quits.

> (2) When I try to play a WAV file from anywhere other than
running the Media Player first, I get a error that it can not find the
audosta.exe to run.

> I do not have either on the system as files, however, I do have
all the Multimedia loaded from WIN95.

Hello, Sorry for the length of time it's taken to get you a response..
What sound card are you using? What driver version? It might help to
update to the most recent driver for your card... Did this system
ever have a different sound card?
