Hello Tim,

I am not sure of the names of all of the subordinate files which Supra Modems put onto your Hard Disc but more than likely they include the name SUPRA in many of them.

You don't mention which Mac OS you have installed, but you can use either SHERLOCK or FIND in the Apple Menu by typing in SUPRA, and let it tell where the files are, then trash them all.

The most logical parts of your Hard Disc where folders and files are likely to be are: (Main) Hard Disk; System Folder, Extensions Folder, Preferences Folder, and in such folders as Modem Scripts (in the Extensions Folder).

Your ISP would be the best one to alert you to any of the features of your new cable modem.
