Hi Tammie,

Try restarting it. There are at least three different video modes used - text, VGA graphic, and hi-resolution graphics when you finally get to the Windows desktop.

If ALL video is scrambled, (fuzzy: out of focus?) you may have a problem with the monitor or video card or cable. If only the last one (Windows desktop) is scrambled, you may be able to restore it by restarting in safe mode and selecting the correct display type. Press when "Starting Windows.." appears at boot-up. Select "Safe Mode". When Windows starts, go to display properties (Right click on desktop background, pick "Properties") and select Display type under "Advanced". Make sure it matches your monitor. Try "Default" if "Refresh" is set to "Optimum".
