Can anyone tell me what monitors are compatible with mac & pc?
i just purchased a used g4 and it came without the monitor.
i have a dell pc will the monitor work with the mac until i can afford a new mac monitor?
i also have a compac monitor as well.

Hi,
Any monitor will work with your Mac. The problem might be down to the connector on the Mac. What kind of connector do you have on your graphic card ? Is it one of those dual-head card with 2 connectors ? You might need an adapter depending on the type of connector you have. If it's the same connector as your monitor (VGA), then just plug it in and fire it up ! Let me know if you can't figure out what sort of connector you have on your Mac.
